Harlequins pen new deals with England youngsters

Newly-appointed Quins boss Conor O'Shea will be celebrating his first bit of Christmas business after securing the long-term services of two of England's brightest young forwards.

Second-row George Robson is believed to be on the verge of gate-crashing England boss Martin Johnson's national squad, having cemented his place in the Quins' first team.

While England under-20 prop Joe Marler, who made his first team debut for Quins earlier this season, has followed Robson's example.

At 19, Marler is one of Harlequins' most promising young players - a member of the current England under-20 squad and another product of the Quins academy.
